Omnichannel invoicing app for supermarkets and department stores. It runs on self-checkout terminals, tablets, PDAs and Android phones, and records each sale directly in the chain's sales system.
What it does
- Assisted selling
- On-floor service for appliances, electronics, clothing, footwear, liquor and other high-value or oversized items, plus VIP services.
- Line busting
- Staff use a tablet or mobile device to scan the items of customers waiting in line before they reach the register.
- Extra checkouts for peak season
- An Android desktop device with a scanner scale, cash drawer and printer becomes one more checkout for as long as the season lasts.
- Sales outside the store
- Checkouts for parking lots, warehouse sales, trade fairs and outdoor events.
- Home delivery invoicing
- The order is invoiced during in-store picking or at the customer's door, on the same mobile device.
Infrastructure
Runs with on-premise servers or in the cloud, to match each chain's infrastructure.
