Self-service kiosk suite

Apps for in-store kiosks and self-service devices. Shoppers scan a product, their ID card or their gift card and get the answer right away.

What it does

Product lookup: Price and details for each product, so shoppers can make their decision.
Pre-scanning: Shoppers scan their items and get a QR code with the list. The POS terminal reads the code and adds the items to a regular sale.
Points and benefits: Loyalty points, activity totals and other account balances, read from the barcode on the shopper's national ID card.
Gift cards and vouchers: Balances for gift cards, rebate vouchers and stored-value pockets, read from the barcode on the card.
Audiovisual content: The kiosk plays content playlists managed from a central server. Playback statistics let the chain bill for the advertising it shows.
Usage statistics: Every lookup is logged on central servers, to measure how each service is used and catch problems such as mislabeled products.
